September 2014 Birchbox Unboxing!

Long time no post!

I have not been doing a good job at posting this month. The school season has started again and all I want to do in my free time is sleep. I am back today with another Birchbox post where you can take a look at what I got this month. September is Birchbox's anniversary month and so they jazzed up the boxes this month with designs. There are supposed to be three different designs too. The box is cute so I'll be keeping this one to store things in.

1) Pixi - Shea Butter Lip Balm in Honey Nectar -- I have never tried anything from Pixi before so this is something new for me to try. I like lip balms that give a little bit of color, especially on those days when my lips are looking very pale for some reason. Hopefully this will provide good moisturization.

2) Tocca - Crema da Mano -- Again, I have never tried anything from this brand and I can never say no to more hand creams that I can throw in my bag, especially now that it is getting colder.

3) Harvey Prince - Ageless Liquid Loofah -- This is supposed to be an exfoliating shower gel and it smells pretty good.

4) Atelier Cologne - Vanille Insensee Fragrance -- I honestly don't care for perfume samples all that much because I have so many and because I am a bit picky with my scents.

5) Shiseido - Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate -- I have to say that this is the product I am most excited to try. This was my sample pick for this month. If you didn't know, Birchbox has recently (past 2 months) started letting subscribers choose one sample for their box. You get to pick one out of 3 or 4 choices, if I remember correctly. When I saw this as a choice, I didn't have to think twice. As it turns out, it's a pretty decent sample size too!

6) Rogue & Co - Bel Air - Smoothing Shampoo and Smoothing Conditioner -- This month's bonus samples. Never heard of this brand but I am open to trying it out.

I am pretty pleased with this month's box. I can see myself using most of these products so I feel like I got my box's worth. What did you get in your box this month? :)
