Bringing you another nail polish post today featuring one of my favorite polishes, Splash of Grenadine by Essie. It is a pretty magenta pink color that isn't actually magenta, as in a fushia pink, but rather a pinkish-purple color. It is a beautiful color for the spring and summer. It is a soft color that still manages to stand out. It applies easily and two coats will give you full opacity. For the accent nail, I used a L'oreal Magic Topcoat, the True Diamond, which you can see in another blog post I did where I mentioned it too.

Beauty Blogger Questionnaire - Get to Know Me More
Beauty
Blogger Questionnaire
1. Is your hair
naturally curly or straight?
Straight
2. What is your
natural hair colour?
Dark
brown/black
3. Do you dye
it yourself or go to a salon?
I have never
dyed my hair. I’ve wanted to for awhile when I was a little younger, but I
decided that since I naturally have quite a lot of white hairs, I’ll dye my
hair when I really need to in the future.
5. Do you wear
the same style every day or change it?
I pretty much
wear my hair down all the time.
6. Do you do your own mani/pedi or go
to a salon?
I do mine own.
Believe it or not, I don’t really like going to a salon.
6. How often to
you change your nail polish?
If I have
polish on, then maybe two weeks after. I get pretty lazy sometimes. Most of the
times, I’m not actually wearing polish.
7. Do you polish your toes in the
winter or just in the summer?
Only in the
summer, once in awhile in the winter depending. If my toes won’t be seen, then
I won’t be doing them! haha
8. How long
does it take to put on your makeup?
If I do a full
face, including eyes and such, then I’d say around half an hour.
9. What do you
do first, face or eyes?
Face. No
specific reason, I just do.
10. Do you
"collect" makeup or just buy what you need when you need it?
Both. I am
guilty of purchasing things I don’t really need, such as more lip products,
just because. Anyone else?

Wet n Wild Megalicks Balm Stain in Lady and the Vamp (124)
Back with a lip product review for you guys!
I picked up this Wet n wild Megalicks Balm Stain in Lady and the Vamp (#124) at Rite Aid during a sale when it was BOGOFREE because with the deal, it was a good time to try something new. The other product I picked up was the Megalast Lipstick in Cherry Bomb. I will be doing a review on that later on so watch out for that! Back to the balm stain. This retails for $2.99 at Rite Aid and contains 0.10 oz of product. It is in the crayon, twist-up form, that is quite popular these days.

Pretty in Pink - OPI's Strawberry Margarita and L'oreal Magic Topcoat in The True Diamond
Hello June!
I finally got around to doing my nails again! It's been so long. I wanted to share with you one of my favorite creme pinks, perfect for the spring and especially for the summer. This is OPI's Strawberry Margarita. Two coats will give you full opacity and it applies very easily. For my accent nail, I used L'oreal's Magic Topcoat in 'The True Diamond.' It's a beautiful white or silver microglitter polish with a silvery sheen that applies very easily too.
